On-site special operations teams can be provided by S&ST to stand-by on job sites and/or special events requiring professional safety services. S&ST is equipped to handle high & low angle rope, confined space operations, trench/excavation jobs and/or surface water-based operations. Full teams and/or partial teams can be supplied depending on the job/event size and hazards. These teams can be pre-scheduled for services or contacted at any time for emergency services.

S&ST staff will schedule planning meetings, identify and develop exercise objectives, design the scenario, create documentation, plan exercise conduct and evaluation, and coordinate logistics.
After completion of the design & development, S&ST staff will conduct, delivery and facilitate the exercise. Exercises will include preparing for exercise play, managing exercise play, and conducting immediate exercise wrap-up activities. Exercise delivery can be conducted at your facility or a simulated facility.
Evaluation of an exercise will be conducted throughout all phases of the exercise planning cycle by S&ST staff. Our effective evaluation process will assess the performance against exercise objectives, identify and document strengths and areas for improvement relative to core capabilities. Customers will be provided with a full after-action report and presentation from the S&ST evaluation team.
S&ST will provide management of your training programs and/or divisions in a full or partial capacity. Various packages can be customized to best fit the training program assistance needs for your agency.
